ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 126th Annual General Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday, 20th October 2009 at 6:00 pm at TRY’s Head Office, Government Pavilion, Showgrounds Village, 320 Epsom Road, Flemington.
| (A) | To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 20th October 2008. |
| (B) | To receive the report of the Committee and Audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 in accordance with Section 30(3) of the Associations Incorporation Act. |
| (C) | To elect members of the Committee who retire in accordance with the Constitution and being eligible offer themselves for re-election: Ms. Helen Robinett, Ms. Jovita Gartlan and Mr. Basil Jenkins. |
| (D) | For the transaction of any business of which 7 days notice in writing has been given. |
